A play in commemoration of the 50 Years of the civic and military coup in Chile. It corresponds to the adaptation of the theatrical version that Ictus made in 1984 of the homonymous novel by Mario Benedetti. It has the support of the Undersecretariat of Cultures through its Public and Territories Unit.

Teatro Ictus staging based on the play premiered by the group in 1984, which tells the story of a family that suffers the harsh consequences of exile and imprisonment in Uruguay in 1973. The plot develops in parallel between an Uruguayan prison, where the main character is held, and Mexico, where his family and friends survive the exile.

With this production, Teatro Ictus pays tribute to Chilean artists who had the courage to resist the darkest period of our history, as well as to all those who suffered during that time.
