A nameless woman revisits her life as a couple with the man who was the love of her life, from the first meeting - magical, in an airport - to marriage and motherhood. And her recollections range from comedy to devastating truth. Antonia Zegers has the mission of performing Girls & Boys, a monologue by English author Dennis Kelly, under the direction of Alfredo Castro.
The adaptation sets the play in Chile and its protagonist is a lower middle class woman, who has achieved an important social position thanks to her skillfulness and manages to insert herself into a world of work that provides her with many rewards. She tells -in a direct dialogue with the audience- how she met the love of her life, how her marriage was, how her children were, in a sort of comedy ritual to exorcise the past.
