EN

This is an opportunity to have a coffee with those running initiatives that are dreaming of a new kind of (im)possible future. We’ll talk about projects that are setting the standard, proposals that are exploring new territories and (un)imaginable collaborations. As we all know, every good project begins with a coffee…

*You can sign up for up to two roundtables on topics you’re interested in.

1. Martine Dennewald, FTA - Festival TransAmériques (Canadá) & Isla Aguilar, Festival Iberoamericano de Cádiz (España). Both of them take on, for the first year, the direction of two well-established festivals. How to transmit their idea of the future to these projects, their teams, and audiences? (Table in Spanish and English)

2.Kris Nelson, LIFT de Londres. The conversation will be around the concept of touring, international travel, and new models for international circulation. (in English with Spanish translation)

3.Stéphane Segreto-Aguilar, de las redes Circostrada y Artcena (Francia, Unión Europea). About the challenges and opportunities regarding mobility; between desire and reality, between "yesterday's world" and equality. (table in Spanish)

4.Nodo de Artes Vivas y Compañías Teatrales en Red. 10 cultural organizations (Centro GAM, Santiago a Mil, Santiago OFF, Espacio Checoeslovaquia, Centro NAVE, Teatro Regional Biobío, Escénica en Movimiento, Corpartes, SACO y Antenna), along with companies from across Chile, question how to imagine the future of international touring, and how to strengthen access and articulation.

5.María Fernanda Núñez, de Festival Cervantino (México) y Alejandra Rojas, de IDENTIDADES Festival y Red Nacional de Festivales de Artes Escénicas, talk about how to generate touring circuits beyond centers and capitals. How can we optimize travel, enhance access, and reach new territories and audiences?
